• Bennie’s supports the local arts by providing space for local artists to show work of many mediums. We show and sell work in our lobby year-round and open our second story loft for a semi-annual art show. We host 40 plus artists annually, allowing the artists to show and sell work in a consignment manner.



• We offer our services at cost to support several theater programs throughout the local community, cleaning and storing the costuming during and after the performances.

• We have been sponsors of many community events; 20 plus years of participation as a host venue for the semi-annual Rockford Area Arts Council “Art Scene”, participation in the annual “Spooky Stroll” during the Halloween Holiday, providing treats and activities during the holiday event, hosting venue for the annual “Stroll on State” committee as a warming station for the sponsors and volunteers of the downtown shopping event.

• We continue to support downtown business through deep discounts for organizations, churches, and other community-oriented businesses; Rockford City Market, Nicholas Conservatory, Rockford Convention and Visitors Bureau.

• We support our local municipal workers and public servants in police and fire protection with discounts and special uniform pricing.
